In IEEE, she is currently serving as a chair of IEEE Rising Stars 2022 conference and as vice-chair at IEEE CS SYP committee.

Ramneek is a Computer Science Engineer & Proactive Volunteer at numerous organizations namely IEEE, Youth for Sustainability, Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog, Govt. of India), Human Circle (Young India Challenge). He is an IEEE Young Professional.
He is holding responsibilities of IEEE Impact Creator, Program Co-Lead of IEEE Computer Society Student Leadership Program under IEEE Computer Society SYP Committee, Co-Chair of WePOWER Track at IEEE YESIST12-2021, Author at IEEE USA E-Books, Member of “Universal Access to Technology” Technical Committee of IEEE SSIT, Member of IEEE SA Industry Connect Program on “Intelligent Transportation System Testbed Development for Dynamic Road Traffic Management and Control at Electronics-City, Bangalore, India” and IEEE Brand Ambassador.
He had volunteered and contributed as Mentor to 4 Teams in IEEE Xtreme Programming Contest 14.0, Chair of Technical Committee at IEEE WIE ILS 2020, Co-Chair of IEEE Data Science Bootcamp 1.0 under IEEE SSIT Madras Section Chapter, Project Development Committee Member at IEEE Smart Village US, Advisor of Innovation Challenge Track at IEEE YESIST12-2020, Web Developer at TEDx AIACTR Delhi India and Chairperson & Webmaster of IEEE HMR Institute of Technology & Management New Delhi India.
With the curiosity to learn new things, he had deep-dived into research world as well, his research interests include Edge Computing and emerging Technologies. He had published around 15+ Research papers in IEEE Sponsored Conferences, Elsevier/Springer Journals and he holds 1 patent which was the motivation from his 3rd Year Research Project.
With holding hands on volunteering & leadership positions, he had been awarded with numerous titles including Best Support Person by his previous employer, Dr. JK Pal Award by IEEE Delhi Section, Technocrat by his Graduation Institute in his 1st Year of Study and numerous technical exhibitions and conferences awards during his course of graduation.

Dr. Ömer Melih Gül received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey, in 2012, 2014, and 2020, respectively. From 2012 to 2020, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at METU. He also worked for the Turkish Patent Institute from 2017 to 2019. His research interests focus on networking, scheduling algorithms, cognitive radio, IoT, UAV, robotic networks, and blockchain. He has published 15 works in conferences/journals and 1 book chapter. He was awarded third place in the 2019 Lance Stafford Larson Outstanding Student Paper Award by the IEEE Computer Society. He also became one of the three finalists in the Poster Competition at the 2021 IEEE Rising Stars Global Conference. Currently, he is both the Region 8 Coordinator of the Geographic Activities Committee and a vice-chair (for YP activities) of the Student& Young Professionals Activities Committee in the IEEE Computer Society.

Oussema Fitouri, was born on October 18th in 1995 in Tunis, Tunisia. He is a Telecommunications engineer within NeoXam. Graduated from the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT) and a master student in communication systems in the same school. Oussema started within IEEE since 2016, he was an active member within IEEE ENIT Student Branch, in 2017 he was elected as Human Resources Manager within this SB and then he served as treasurer of the SB before being elected as PES ENIT Student Branch Chapter Chairman in 2018. At the end of 2018 he served as the ambassador of one of the major events for IEEE Tunisia Section, the famous TSYP (Tunisian Students and YP Congress). Oussema was also elected as Student Branches coordinator within Tunisia Section in 2019 and he is one of the founding members of SAC Tunisia and its chairman in 2021. Oussema has also served as the General Secretary of the Computer Society Tunisia Chapter, he is now its chairman and represents IEEE as a brand ambassador.
He successfully participated in the IEEE Volunteer Leadership Training (VoLT) Program 2020 and he is the winner of The Myron Zucker Undergraduate Student Design Award in the IEEE IAS Annual Meeting, Maryland, USA 2019.

With my role as the treasurer of IEEE CS CUI, Islamabad Section, R10, and the content lead of IEEE CS SYP Global Congress 2021, I am committed to developing new skills and rounding up my existing ones by gaining practical experience but most importantly, making positive contributions to the community along the way.
